Job applications
The application form submits your name, phone number, email address, selected job, and optional PDF resume to this website’s application handler. The handler sends those details to apply@expressprosmn.com through our email delivery provider, Resend. Your email address is used as the reply address so the recruiting team can respond. A resume may be uploaded as a PDF up to 5 MB.
The application handler does not save application details or resume files to disk. It keeps a private record of submission times and hashed IP addresses for rate limiting. Applications and attachments are delivered by email to the recruiting team. Hosting and email services may maintain their own operational records.
Employer inquiries
The employer form submits your company, contact information, staffing requirements, optional hiring details, and consent to this website’s staffing request handler. The handler emails your request through Resend to grandrapidsmn@expresspros.com, using your email address as Reply-To. It does not save inquiry contents to disk; it maintains submission times and hashed IP addresses for rate limiting. Hosting and email services may maintain their own operational records.
Do not include Social Security numbers, bank information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information in forms or resumes. You may also email your application directly to apply@expressprosmn.com.

This site links to Express Employment Professionals, the ExpressJobs app page, government resources, and Unsplash photography. Those websites have their own privacy practices and terms.
Job listings
Job postings are highlighted from the public Express Employment Professionals Grand Rapids / Brainerd job board. Because openings change, the official Express job board should be used to confirm current availability, requirements, and application details.
